About the Owner
CEO | President – Jeffrey Harper
Capital City Stucco was established in 1990 by Jeff Harper. Jeff began working in this industry as a sales representative for Sto Corp, and after working there for several years he decided to open his own installation/application company after seeing the need for it. CCS began as a residential company and Jeff decided to switch over to commercial in 1996, and for the past 34+ years CCS has grown & expanded into the company it is today servicing all over the Southeast & Midwest.
